So stay calm and have good sleep, it helps in boosting your immune system. A normal adult requires at least 7 to 8 hour of good sleep every night. Good sleep will help you to manage anxiety and stress during panademic.

2. HEALTHY & BALANCED Diet For Immunity Boosting Against COVI-19         

A healthy and well-balanced diet is mandatory to keep our immune system stable and strong. Diet having more vitamin C, proteins and antioxidant provides a platform for the immune system to fight against infections. Fresh fruits and vegetables have lots of vitamins, antioxidants, and proteins.

Being in isolation these days (due to COVID-19 outbreak) without access to gyms and sports club does not mean people stop exercising; keeping up regular, daily exercise at a time when most of us in isolation will play a key role in helping us to achieve a healthy and strong immune system.

What we can do is just climb upstairs as much as you can, can do skipping, can walk indoors in the courtyard of the house if available, can do some muscle-strengthening exercises such as push-ups, squats, leg lifts, or weight lifting, or can do an online exercise class.
